Individualized help for whatever is making you feel stuck. I work with individuals via Skype or FaceTime in one-hour sessions.  I try to make change practical: I'll offer you the same advice I'd give myself, delivered in a way that is caring and direct. After our chat, I'll followup with a synthesis of our chat: context behind what I see is happening in your life, a list of custom tools and a recommended reading list. Change is a lot easier when you know what to do.
